Catering Jobs and wide ranged and diverse.  Seasonal jobs to be found in hotels and restaurants in Europe, Australia, or the Americas.   Ski resorts and Summer resorts are always searching for short term catering staff.

Such jobs are not hard to find but you could face long working hours during 'tourist peaks' and salaries are not always the best (although this is usually offset by free accommodation and access to facilities etc). If you are willing to take a risk, you can find these jobs locally after you arrive but we seriously recommend that you find a position prior to departure.

For professionals, there are catering posts in top rated international hotels throughout the world. Many of these belong to major hotels chains, such as Hilton, Inter-Continental, Sheraton, Hyatt etc and offer the ability to move around within the organisation.

There are also good opportunities world wide in institutional catering. Opportunities exist with the major hospital groups operating in the Middle East, with oil and gas companies abroad, in construction camps, on merchant ships and cruise liners.
